I’m not convinced that organizations need to be certified in all three standards to have an effective service management system. That seems too strict.
I'm feeling pretty confident about this one. The relationship is that an organization's service management system can be integrated with either a quality management system or an information security management system. I'll make sure to highlight that in my answer.
Okay, I think I've got a handle on this. ISO/IEC 20000-1 is about service management, while ISO 9001 and ISO/IEC 27001 cover quality and information security respectively. The key is understanding how they can be integrated.
