Hmm, I'm a little unsure about this one. I know we need to evaluate the teacher's data, but I'm not sure which method would be considered the "BEST." I'll have to think this through carefully.
Azure Site Recovery is definitely the way to go here. It's designed specifically for disaster recovery and can replicate the database tier to Azure, allowing you to test failover without affecting the current environment. Seems like the clear choice to me.
