I'm a bit confused; I thought Business Continuity was more about Compliance, but now I'm questioning if it relates to Problem Management instead.

I feel like we had a practice question about this, and it mentioned Incident Management as a key area for Business Continuity.

I remember studying that Business Continuity is often part of Governance processes, but I could be mixing it up with Compliance.

I'm a little confused by the different XML structures in the options. I'll need to carefully examine each one to determine if it's valid.

Okay, I think I've got a plan. I'm going to go with option D and refactor the app into Cloud Functions. That way I can really lock down the environment and use the VPC Flow logs to carefully open up only the necessary traffic. Seems like the safest approach given the lack of documentation.

Alright, this looks like a classic Presence problem. I'm guessing the user is somehow duplicated in the Presence cluster, so I'll focus on option B and try to identify and unassign any duplicate user accounts.
