I have a vague memory of defining how incidents are displayed, but I can't remember if that's part of the customization options. I hope I got that right!
I'm not entirely sure, but I feel like setting reminders for incident SLAs might be one of the options too. It sounds familiar from the study materials.
I've got a good feeling about this one. The Recurring plan and Billing item seem like the most logical choices for creating recurring fees in the BRIM solution. I'll go with those.
