I agree with Izetta. The Policy Optimizer seems like the logical place to monitor rule usage. Though, I guess Reports could also be an option.

I think it might be in the Reports section, but I'm not 100% sure. Definitely not in Schedules or Packet Capture, that doesn't seem right.

This is a tricky one. I'm not sure where to find that information in the GUI. Monitoring rule usage seems like an important feature, though.
