I'm going to have to agree with the others - A, E, and F are the correct answers. Though I do wonder if the exam writer has a sense of humor, throwing in that Windows option just to see if anyone would fall for it.

I'm pretty sure the correct answers are A, E, and F. The JeOS toolkit includes tools to customize the images and create templates, as well as the actual JeOS images from Red Hat Enterprise Linux.
