Haha, can you imagine if the proc didn't compile because of a commit? That's a good one. Anyway, I think B and C are the way to go here. Gotta love these tricky database questions.

I'm not so sure about C. The question says the transactions are independent, but I'm not convinced that means the procedures themselves are independent. I'm leaning towards B and E.
