I'm not so sure about that. What if the apps don't have the 'Update Attributes' option active? Wouldn't that prevent the password from syncing?

Hmm, I think the answer is A. The question clearly states that the password change will sync across all provisioning-enabled apps if JIT provisioning is enabled. Makes sense to me.
