I think Okta only brings in LDAP groups during Just-In-Time provisioning, but I'm not completely sure.

This is a tricky one. I'm not sure if the Junos OS will use the loopback interface or the interface with the highest priority. I'll have to eliminate the other options and go with C, but I'm not 100% sure about that.
