B is definitely true. That's the whole point of VPLS - connecting multiple customer sites in a single bridged domain. Unless the question is trying to trick us, which wouldn't be very nice.
D seems true to me. VPLS is often used with IP/MPLS infrastructure to provide multi-tenant L2 services. Maybe the question writer needs to brush up on their VPLS knowledge.
