How is it possible to check the activation status of GMRE on a node?

Show Suggested Answer Hide Answer
Suggested Answer: B

The EPT run design command can remove previously designed elements, but the user is prompted to choose whether to delete them or leave them intact. This allows the user to progress their design while still keeping the existing elements in place. If the user selects to leave the existing elements, then they will remain in the same slots. If GMPLS nodes are used, the existing slots cannot change as they are controlled by another manager (GMRE).

Wait, what's a GMRE? Is it like a new type of burger or something? I'm just here for the free snacks during the exam.

Pinging the node is a good troubleshooting step, so option A could be useful too. As long as I have multiple ways to verify the GMRE status, I should be covered.

Hmm, the color-coded node icon in option D is interesting. That could be a visual cue, but I wonder if it's as reliable as the other options.

I've used the ControlPlane status column before, so I'm leaning towards option B. It's a convenient way to quickly check the GMRE status.

I prefer checking the GMRE activation status through the supervision state column on the node list.

I heard that the GMRE activation status is reported in the supervision state column on the node list.

Option C seems logical, as the supervision state would directly reflect the GMRE activation status. But I'm not sure if that's the only way to check it.
