Question #: 7
Topic #: 1
[All 4A0-205 Questions]

By using the EPT run design command, are the previously designed elements removed?

Show Suggested Answer Hide Answer
Suggested Answer: B

The EPT run design command can remove previously designed elements, but the user is prompted to choose whether to delete them or leave them intact. This allows the user to progress their design while still keeping the existing elements in place. If the user selects to leave the existing elements, then they will remain in the same slots. If GMPLS nodes are used, the existing slots cannot change as they are controlled by another manager (GMRE).

Not sure about option C, seems like it should overwrite sometimes.

Wait, are you saying it only deletes the first time? That sounds weird.

Definitely option D, GMPLS nodes have their own rules!

I think it's option B, you get to choose what to do.

Option D seems specific about GMPLS nodes, but I can't recall if that affects the overall design command.

I feel like the design is always progressive, which makes me lean towards option C, but I could be wrong.

I remember something about being prompted in a similar question, so maybe option B is correct?

I think option A sounds familiar, but I'm not entirely sure if it applies to all design phases.

Okay, I've got this. A service level indicator is a quantitative measure of the level of service, not a subjective assessment. So option D is the best answer here. I feel confident about this one.

I'm pretty confident that the answer is B - "To permit adaptation as required." The ADM numbering scheme is meant to be a guideline, not a strict rule, so that organizations can adjust it as needed for their specific requirements.

Hmm, this seems like a tricky one. I'll need to carefully consider the information provided about the network setup and the failover behavior.

Hmm, I'm a bit unsure about this one. I know WS-Addressing has something to do with web services, but I can't recall the exact functionality. I'll have to think this through carefully.
