I remember studying that ASBRs can be in different areas, but I can't recall if they must have an interface in area 0. I guess I’ll go with false.

I feel like I’ve seen a similar question before, and I think the answer was false. ASBRs can connect to other areas without being in area 0.

I think it's true that an ASBR needs to be in area 0, but I’m not completely sure. I remember something about OSPF area requirements.
