If I recall correctly, for four PEs, each one should connect to the other three, which could mean we need to configure three SDPs per PE.

I think we need to remember that each PE router connects to every other PE in a fully meshed VPLS, so that might help with the SDP count.

I'm pretty confident I know the answer here. The question is asking for two methods, and I think the best options are B and C - configuring an additional VLAN attachment in the same region, and modifying the bandwidth of the existing VLAN attachment.
