I think when a BGP neighbor is in the Active state, it means it's trying to establish a connection, but I'm not sure if that means it's sending Keepalive messages yet.
I'm not entirely sure about this one. The options seem a bit similar, so I'll need to carefully read through each one to make sure I understand the differences.

I'm a bit stumped on this one. I know OSHA has some employee threshold, but I can't recall the exact number off the top of my head. I'll have to review my notes to refresh my memory on the OSHA record-keeping requirements.
Haha, well if the state is Active, the neighbor is probably sending a Keepalive message every 60 seconds to keep the connection alive. Option A is the way to go!
