I'm not sure about that. Option B seems like it might work too, entering the disclaimer in the Sales Form Memo field. Hmm, decisions, decisions.

I'm not sure, I think creating a custom Disclaimer field on the customized Invoice form could also work.

I think the Administrator should edit the custom Invoice form and enter the message in the Disclaimer field.
