Hmm, this one's tricky. Atropine does cause mydriasis (pupil dilation), so I'm gonna go with E) diarrhea as the exception.

I'm pretty sure the answer is E) diarrhea. Atropine poisoning causes a dry mouth and skin, not diarrhea.
