I'm pretty sure I and II are the right answer. Isoniazid and Rifampin are the classic first-line TB meds.

I'm not sure about Ethambutol, but I know for sure that Isoniazid and Rifampin are used in tuberculosis treatment. So, I think the answer is C) I and II only.
