I'm feeling pretty confident about this one. The key is to use the binomial distribution formula to calculate the probability of 5 or fewer defects in a sample of 80 with a 10% defect rate. That will give me the percent of lots expected to be accepted.

From what I remember, EAP-TLS uses multiple forms of authentication, like a certificate and password, whereas EAP-MS-CHAPv2 only uses one. The layered security of EAP-TLS is definitely preferable.
