Wait, are you sure about that? I thought all antibiotics had some weird side effects.

I think B is the right answer. Tetracycline doesn't cause disulfiram reactions.

I feel like I’ve seen disulfiram reactions in other antibiotics, but I can’t remember if tetracycline is one of them. I’m leaning towards that being the answer.

I practiced a question like this before, and I think hyperchloremic metabolic acidosis isn’t typically associated with tetracycline. But I could be wrong!

I think alteration in gut flora is definitely a side effect, and I recall something about teeth discoloration too. But Fanconi-like syndrome seems a bit off.

I remember studying tetracycline side effects, but I'm not sure about the disulfiram-like reactions. I thought that was more related to metronidazole.

Okay, I think I've got this. Tetracycline is known to cause alterations in gut flora, disulfiram-like reactions, and permanent teeth discoloration. The Fanconi-like syndrome and hyperchloremic metabolic acidosis are not typical side effects, so I'll go with D.

I'm a bit unsure about this one. I know tetracycline can cause some weird side effects, but I'm not totally sure which one is not a side effect. I'll have to make an educated guess and hope for the best.

I'm pretty confident that the answer is D. Fanconi-like syndrome is not a known side effect of tetracycline. The other options are all common side effects that I've learned about in my studies.

Okay, let's see. Alteration in gut flora, disulfiram-like reactions, and teeth discoloration are all known side effects of tetracycline. I'm pretty sure the Fanconi-like syndrome and hyperchloremic metabolic acidosis are not side effects, so I'll go with D or E.

Hmm, this is a tricky one. I know tetracycline can cause some nasty side effects, but I'm not sure which one is not a side effect. I'll have to think this through carefully.

Ah, I've seen this kind of issue before. Rebuilding the search index is a good step to try, and checking the Business Manager site cartridge path is also important.

Ha! Easy peasy. The answer has got to be B) Disulfiram like reactions. Tetracycline and alcohol? No way, that's a big no-no!
