I agree with Darci. The Scatter-Gather runs the two references in parallel, so the overall duration is determined by the longer one, which is 5 seconds. C is the correct answer.

Hmm, this question is quite tricky. The way I see it, the 'steep 1 sec' Flow Reference and the 'sleep 5 sees' Row Reference run concurrently in the Scatter-Gather. So, the time it takes until the Set Payload transformer is called should be the maximum of these two durations, which is 5 seconds. I'm going with option C.
