I remember using createIndex for something similar, though.

I thought it was createIndex, but I guess not.

It's definitely db.collection.reIndex({author:l})!

I want to say it's "db.collection.reIndex()" but I'm not completely confident about the parameters.

I practiced a question like this, and I remember that "createIndex" is used for creating indexes, but rebuilding might be different.

I feel like "reIndex" is definitely part of the command, but I'm not sure if it's used with "db.collection" or something else.

I think the command for rebuilding indexes is similar to creating them, but I can't remember the exact syntax.

Okay, let me think this through. If there's no way to link the email to an existing case or incident, then creating a new one makes sense. I'll go with option D - a new case is created.

This seems like a tricky one. I'll have to think carefully about which attribute would be responsible for de-duplication.

I've got this! For unicast, the source sends a single copy to a single receiver. Broadcast is when the source sends a single copy that is delivered to all receivers on the network. Anycast is when the source sends a single copy that is delivered to the nearest receiver.
