D) publish seems more appropriate. I mean, if the users can't use the model, it's probably because it's not been published yet, right? Gotta make that model public before they can access it.

B) share seems like the obvious choice here. Why would we need to edit or train the model if the users can't even access it? Sharing the model is the way to go!
