I have a vague memory of support.microsoft.com being useful for troubleshooting, but I don't think it covers product lifecycles specifically.

I practiced a question similar to this, and I think docs.microsoft.com is more for documentation rather than lifecycle tracking.

I'm not entirely sure, but I feel like Microsoft Lifecycle Services might be more about managing services rather than product lifecycles.

I think I remember something about the Microsoft 365 Roadmap being a key resource for tracking product features.

Compute Engine would give me more control, but that means I'd have to manage the infrastructure myself. For this use case, I think a managed service like App Engine or GKE would be the way to go.

I'm pretty confident about this one. The answer is clearly A - because the employer has the right to read your company email, so it's better to discuss the personal matter over the phone.

Option A sounds somewhat familiar, especially the part about backups. I remember that backups are crucial in ransomware cases.
