Hmm, Azure Data Explorer? I thought that was for Kusto queries, not Azure SQL. I'm gonna have to go with C on this one. SSMS is the tool for the job.

C'mon, it's obvious. SSMS is the way to go for code assistance features like IntelliSense. Azure Data Studio is a bit of a newcomer, and SQL cmd is just for the command line junkies.
