I agree with Lore, because the account that created the database should always have access to it.

This question is a piece of cake! The answer is clearly D) the server admin login account of the logical server. What kind of exam is this, a joke?

A) the Azure Active director/ (Azure AO) account that created the database - I'm pretty sure that's the right answer, unless Microsoft has done something really weird with their SQL database management.

D) the server admin login account of the logical server - duh, that's the only one that makes sense! You can't connect with a random Azure AD account or the SA account, that's just crazy talk.
