I feel like Standard and Developer plans should be included, but I can't recall if Basic is also part of it.

I think you can only open support requests with the Premier and Professional Direct plans, but I'm not entirely sure.

Okay, I remember from the lectures that residual income is all about measuring the value added by a responsibility centre. That makes me think it's best suited for investment centres, where we care about the returns on capital invested.
