Expanding the Temporary Storage drive won't help with this issue.

Moving pagefile.sys is a good idea too, but not the first step.

I thought you could just change the drive letters without stopping it?

You need to stop the VM first to change the disk assignments.

Stopping the VM seems like a common step for making changes, but I feel like there might be other options we haven't considered yet.

I remember that moving the pagefile can free up space, but I'm not convinced that's the first step we should take in this scenario.

This reminds me of a practice question where we had to manage drive letters. I wonder if changing the Temporary Storage drive's letter could help here.

I think we might need to stop the VM first to make changes to the drive assignments, but I'm not entirely sure.

Alright, I've got a plan. I think stopping the VM and then assigning the data disk to drive D is the way to go. That should give me the persistent storage I need for App1 without causing any issues with the other drives.

I'm a bit confused by the different drive options here. I'll need to make sure I understand the differences between the Temporary Storage drive and the Operating System drive before I can decide the best approach.

Okay, let's see. The key here is that the data for App1 needs to be stored on a persistent data disk assigned to drive D. I think stopping the VM might be the way to go, but I'll double-check the other options just to be sure.

Hmm, this looks like a tricky one. I'll need to think through the options carefully to make sure I don't miss anything.

Option C looks promising - it has "performancetimer" in the URL, which seems relevant. But I'm not 100% sure if that's the complete URL I need to use. I'll double-check the other options just to be safe.

This seems like a straightforward question about SD-WAN router bootstrapping. I'm pretty confident I can recall the correct methods used.

I understand that point, but expanding the Temporary Storage drive as mentioned in option D could also be necessary depending on the storage requirements of the app.

I agree with Rory. Changing the drive letter first seems like a logical step to ensure there's no conflict with the data disk assignment.

But wouldn't it be better to change the drive letter of the Temporary Storage drive to F before assigning the data disk to drive D?

I think the first thing we should do is stop (deallocate) VM1 as mentioned in option C.

Haha, yeah, imagine trying to move the pagefile while the VM is still running. That would probably crash the whole thing! Better to be safe and stop the VM first.

Yeah, C is definitely the right answer here. You can't just go in and start modifying the disk configuration while the VM is running. That would be a recipe for disaster!

I agree with you. Stopping the VM is the necessary first step before we can attach the data disk. Trying to change the drive letter or move the pagefile without stopping the VM first wouldn't work.

Hmm, this question seems pretty straightforward. The key here is that we need to assign a persistent data disk to drive D for the app. I think the correct answer is C, we need to stop (deallocate) the VM1 first before we can attach the data disk.
