I have a vague memory of Azure Site Recovery being used for disaster recovery, so I doubt it would be the right choice for just exporting data.

I'm pretty sure SSL is used to encrypt the data, not the certificate password, so A is incorrect. I think the key is understanding how SSL compression works with forwarders.

Okay, I've got this. When you move to the public cloud, you lose direct physical access to the servers and infrastructure. That's what option C is getting at, so I'll go with that.
