Hmm, I'm not so sure about that. I thought the highest priority a normal user could assign was 0, which is the default.

I've seen this question before, and I'm pretty sure the answer is C) -19. The nice command allows you to adjust the priority of a process, and the highest priority a normal user can assign is -19.
