From what I studied, deleting a user should block their access to resources, but I can't recall if it also removes their data from local systems.

I’m a bit confused about whether deleting a user affects their data on local machines. I feel like it might just suspend access.

I'm a bit unsure about the "File Drop" options. Do those mean the file is manually dropped onto the system, or is there some kind of automated file transfer process? I want to make sure I understand the difference before selecting an answer.
