Okay, I think I've got this. A virtualized service is a software service that is developed by another organization, but used in the production software as an integral part of a software product. That sounds like option B to me.
I think the best approach here is to create a ContextHub UI module. That way, the digital marketers can easily access and interact with the CRM data through the ContextHub interface. It seems like the most straightforward solution to the problem.
