I'm leaning towards the test leader. They're the ones who are really in the trenches, working with the tests and understanding the project's needs. They'd be able to make the most informed decision.
The development manager could also be a good option. They have to balance the technical needs with the business requirements, so they might be able to make the best call on what to automate.
I think the test leader would be the best choice here. They have the technical knowledge to understand what can be automated, and they also have the big-picture view of the project to make informed decisions.
This is a tricky one. I'm not sure if the developer would have the best knowledge since they may be biased towards automating their own code. The customer might not have the technical expertise to decide what should be automated.
Okay, let's see... Web App Firewall protection, IP Reputation, and SSL Enterprise Policy seem like the most relevant options here. I'll go with those three.
