I always thought they were just for recruiting testers, but I guess there's more to it!

Wait, aren’t personas just fictional? How can they be that useful?

I’m a bit confused. Wasn't there something about personas helping in usability testing? Maybe option B?

I think option E sounds familiar; it seems like it aligns with how we discussed communicating user insights to stakeholders.

I remember personas being about understanding user needs, but I'm not sure which option really captures that.

I feel like option F is close, but it doesn't really emphasize the communication aspect that I think is key in using personas.

I'm leaning towards option C with the AWS DataSync agent. That way, I can migrate the data to a new file system without disrupting users. The only concern I have is making sure the DNS alias gets updated properly once the migration is complete.

I'm leaning towards option C and moving on to the next risk. We've already applied mitigations, so maybe it's time to focus our efforts elsewhere.
