Which of the following plans is designed to protect critical business processes from natural or man-made failures or disasters and the resultant loss of capital due to the unavailability of normal business processes?
I feel like the crisis communication plan is more about managing information during a crisis, so it probably isn't the answer. I lean towards C) Business continuity plan too.
I remember practicing a question similar to this, and I think a disaster recovery plan is more about IT recovery, so it might not be the right choice here.
