Which of the following is the PRIMARY reason for establishing open communication between all participants and stakeholders as part of the implementation phase?
The way I see it, the main purpose of open communication is to keep everyone on the same page and aligned on the overall vision and roadmap. That seems like the most important reason to me.
Hmm, I'm a little unsure on this one. I think it could also be to ensure information is shared with external partners, but I'm not 100% confident that's the primary reason.
I'm pretty sure the answer is B. Open communication is key during implementation to make sure any issues that come up can be quickly identified and resolved.
