Hmm, I see the logic in all of those options, but I think C is the most accurate. Without effective governance, the project is going to be a hot mess, no matter what else happens.
I don't know, I'm kind of leaning towards A. If the project manager is that incompetent, they might need to be replaced before the project can get back on track.
You guys are overthinking this. It's clearly D - if the project can't pass a QA review, it's going to be in big trouble. That's the biggest impact in my opinion.
I disagree, I think B is the biggest impact. If the board of directors isn't getting the full picture, they could make some really bad decisions that could derail the entire project.
Oh man, this question is a tricky one. Inaccurate project reporting? That's a major issue. I'm leaning towards C, because if the steering committee can't provide effective governance, the whole project could go off the rails.
