The key is understanding that a usability test is focused on measuring what users can actually do, not just getting their feedback. I'm pretty confident A is the right answer.
This is a tricky one. On one hand, the promoter's past issues are concerning. But I also don't want to completely dismiss Glowing based on that alone. I think I'd want to do a thorough, objective analysis and see how the current company is performing before making a final call on the credit rating.
