D seems like the obvious choice here. You can't just delete a user who owns a repository folder. That would be a major security risk!

Hmm, I'm pretty sure the correct answer is C. It wouldn't make sense to just delete the folder or have it become owned by the Administrator. The system should prompt us to assign a new owner.
