Well, this is a tricky one. I'm guessing it's not the IONDeskUser, since they're the most basic level of access. But I'm torn between the IONDeskAdmin and IONDeskAdvanced roles. Anyone have a good mnemonic for remembering this?

I'm pretty sure it's the IONDeskAdmin role, since they have the highest level of access and control over the ION Desk settings.
