I feel like the answer might be D, since we have 15 DETs and 4 FTRs with the new file included, but I could be mixing it up with another example.

This seems similar to a practice question we did on enhancements, but I can't remember if we counted the extra file as a separate FTR or not.

I'm not sure about the FTRs though... I think we might need to count the new file as an additional FTR, but I can't recall exactly how that works.

I remember that each field counts as a data element, so I think we should have 15 DETs after adding the 3 extra fields.

Hmm, I'm not totally sure about this one. I know Kotter's model has 8 steps, but I'm having trouble remembering which one is specifically about demonstrating early achievements. I'll have to think this through carefully.
