Hmm, I thought size could be rough-estimated in Design too.

I feel like the answer is definitely Proposal. We talked about how requirements and design are more concrete, so size should be measurable then.

I'm a bit confused. I thought size could be measured in Design, but maybe it’s actually during Proposal?

I remember practicing a question about life cycle phases, and I think it was the Requirements phase where size starts to be defined.

I think size can't be measured during the Proposal phase, but I'm not entirely sure. It feels like we discussed this in class.

I'm leaning towards Proposal as the correct answer. The other phases all involve more concrete deliverables where size could be measured.

The proposal phase seems like the most likely answer here. We're still just outlining the project at that point, so measuring size wouldn't really make sense.

Hmm, this is a tricky one. I'll have to think through the different life cycle phases to figure out where size can't be measured.

I'm pretty sure size can't be measured in the proposal phase, since the project details haven't been fully defined yet.

I think the answer is C. Design, because the size is usually determined during the requirements phase.
