I practiced a similar question last week, and I think the summary report should be counted as an EQ since it’s an output. So maybe option C is correct?

I remember that EIs are for inputs, so I think we have three for the add, change, and delete functions. But I'm not sure about the summary report counting as an EQ or EO.
