I’m a bit confused; could it also be considered a latent error if it was due to systemic issues?

This reminds me of a practice question we had about medication errors. I think omission fits best here.

I'm not entirely sure, but I remember something about active errors being related to mistakes made during the process.

I think this is an omission error since the nurse forgot to administer the medication.

I feel pretty confident about this one. Based on what I know about pyramid schemes, the key is when the company starts incentivizing recruitment over actual product sales. If they're offering bigger rewards for bringing in new agents than for selling the supplements, that's a clear sign it's crossed into pyramid scheme territory. I'll select that answer choice.

I'm a bit confused here. The question says the solution might not be correct, so I don't want to just select the first option. I'll need to carefully review the other potential solutions to make sure I identify the right one that meets the goal.
