Ah, the age-old question of how to wrangle multiple authentication providers. I'd say C is the way to go, though I do admire the creativity of option B. 'Add external namespaces to the Cognos namespace manually' - sounds like a job for a wizard, if you ask me!

Option D sounds like it might work, but I'm not sure about the whole 'importing the users to the Cognos namespace' part. Feels like it could be a bit of a hassle. I'm leaning towards C as well.
