I'm going with D) Geo-replication. It's the only one that covers all the bases - topic configuration, messages, and metadata. Gotta keep that data safe!

D) Geo-replication is the way to go. It's the only one that mentions replicating the entire topic, including the configuration and metadata. The other options sound a bit too limited.
