D? What is this, a public cloud masquerading as a private cloud? Accessibility managed by the provider? No thanks, I'll take my chances with option A any day.
Easier to manage external data? That's a good one. I think C is attempting to distract us from the real benefits of a private cloud. Nice try, but I'm not falling for it.
B? Really? Costs less to get started? I don't think so. Private clouds require a significant upfront investment, unlike the pay-as-you-go model of public clouds.
