I'm going with C and D as well. Collecting business logs and creating dashboards are more BI-focused, not really the sweet spot for decision automation. Though I wonder if Operational Decision Manager can also file my taxes...

Definitely C and D. Capturing insights from images and creating dashboards are more like data analytics use cases, not really what Operational Decision Manager is designed for.
C and D are the clear winners here. Eligibility determination and approvals automation are classic use cases for decision automation. I'm surprised they didn't throw in something like 'Cooking my morning eggs' as a distractor!
