This is a classic question testing our understanding of Six Sigma principles. The higher the sigma level, the better the process performance - so A is the correct answer.
I'm a bit confused on this one. I know sigma levels are related to process capability, but I'm not certain how that directly impacts performance. I'll have to make an educated guess.
False, unless you're dealing with a process that's as stable as a unicorn on a tightrope. In the real world, higher sigma levels are more like a pipe dream than a practical goal.
False, you've got it backwards. The higher the sigma level, the more complex and costly the process becomes. I think they're trying to trick us on this one.
