D) Manage the input inventory delivery schedule - Nope, that's not what a Process Map is for. Unless your process is all about inventory management, this is way off the mark.
A) Follow the product to the end - Hmm, that's a bit too literal. Process Maps aren't meant to be product-tracking devices, they're about understanding the bigger picture.
C) Capture all the activities comprising the process - Bingo! That's the correct answer. Process Maps are all about mapping out the steps in a process, not about managing inventory or getting people's names right.
